What does it mean to have a nanny?
You may be asking yourself what the difference is between a nanny and a babysitter.
A nanny is meant to be a permanent fixture in your child's life. An every day person to be with your child when you are working and cannot be with them. Nannies help out with your child's day-to-day schedule and focus on a custom play to fit your family. A nanny may play one-on-one with your children, help with driving children to-and-from activities or school, help with homework, bedtime routines, meal prep for the children, or any other part of your daily schedules that you need help with to make your life just a little easier.
Some nannies will do extra things to help; things like meal prep for family, running errands, laundry, light house keeping, among other things. These can be discussed and negotiated in the interview. Be sure to include these any requirements in your family application so we can find you candidates who closely match what you need.
